The other day I saw an obese girl being bullied by a bunch of boys because of her weight. The girl broke down and started crying. Being a nutritionist and a weight loss coach, I have seen most of my clients being bogged down because of their weight. I have heard their tales narrating their fears and difficulties. But seeing the young girl sob made me cringe.
