Reframing your thoughts: An effective stress-buster

Each one of us has felt stressed at some point in life (yes, you are not alone). But some amount

of positive stress i.e. eustress is essential. It provides motivation which helps us keep going.  

However, an excess of it leads to building up of tension and results in distress. This is when we 

need to be cautioned.

Letter To An Anxious Kid

Dear Youngster,

The other day I saw you throw up in the school library, baffled and frustrated. I perceived it to be academic pressure. I also notice how tired you are towards the day’s end. You are unrushed and orderly, they need moving and somebody who’s swift.
