How often in our lives do we have serious problems with what we’ve been given? The answer is obvious. Humans are generally a very demanding race.

Kid’s aren’t happy with the pocket money they get, parents aren’t happy with the grades that their kids get and overall nobody is happy with anything that they get. There’s always room to improve and get better stuff. While an upgrade is possible in most materialistic things, it’s not in the case of god given stuff like your brain or your skin and hair for instance. If you have bad skin you can’t go exchange it with another’s but what you can do is you can improve the quality of your hair and skin.

Normally what happens is that the skin gets dry and scaly because we don’t get the required nutrients for skin health from our diet and that results in the kind of skin you wouldn’t want. The same goes for your hair. Dandruff, excessive hair fall, hair that doesn’t have any shine and basically just pathetic hair is what you could be in store for and need to repair.

What you may not know, is that there is one particular super-food that has been made available to us humans making life much easier – Apple cider vinegar! While most of us might not even have ever used vinegar in cooking, it may sound a bit absurd to put some of it on your face but I assure you it works wonders! Using Apple Cider Vinegar for your skin works wonders. The vinegar should be mixed with larger amounts of water, and applied on the skin using cotton. The reason the apple cider vinegar is so good is because it balances the tone of the skin which is otherwise naturally acidic.

When it comes to the hair it's equally useful. Sometimes you might have noticed your hair continues to stay in poor condition even after the use of a good shampoo. Like your skin, your hair too needs a nice deep cleansing every once in awhile. Using Apple cider vinegar as a hair rinse would do your hair and scalp a world of good. The main work it does is ridding the hair of the excess leftovers of shampoos and hair styling products that are causing the quality to deteriorate.

Try it!
