  • Apart from that, the daily requirement of fuel to her body is met by feeding her body with carbs. She makes sure to consume foods of carbs having a low glycaemic index.
  • Instead of consuming white rice, she prefers brown rice, brown pasta, brown sugar, brown bread, etc. in her diet.
  • Considering the consumption of nutritious foods, she cooks wholesome foods such as salmon, turkey, veggies, etc. She uses olive oil for all cooking purposes which are rich in nutrients necessary to keep her body stable and fit.
  • She heads off to protein shakes,  8 black raisins, 2 dates, etc. after hours of strenuous workout.
  • She cheats on her diet once a week apart from strictly maintaining her diet six days in a week to satiate her sweet cravings.

  • Out of the five days that she dedicates to workouts, she practises yoga for 2 days, strength training for 2 days and cardio workout for a day.
  • She further divides strength training into two parts namely upper body workout and lower body workout.
  • Instead of relying on light weights, she prefers to lift heavy weights to shape up her body structure and muscles.
  • The best way she relieves from stress is by meditating for a period of about 10 minutes after yoga.
