Ingredients:
- 1½ cups prunes
- 1 cup cashew and almonds
- Sea salt (optional)
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

How to make:
1. Grind the nuts in a food processor. Don’ grind them into flour, but fine enough to be combined into a dough.
2. Add dried prune and form a dough from it. Add sea salt if required
3. Pulse the dough a few times again , slightly damp your hands and shape it into 1 inch balls.
4. Place shredded coconut in a bowl and roll the balls, till it is properly covered by the coconut.
5. Store it in a fridge and have it as a snack anytime you feel sluggish.
