Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper and black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed or 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups Kalamata Olives
- 2 Lemon juice
- Pinch of lemon zest
- Block of Feta cheese
Directions:
1. Let the olives be well marinated in the olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, pepper, vinegar, and garlic.
2. Cut the feta in a block and crumble them on the olives.
3. Chill the dish for at least an hour before serving. You can even cook them overnight and let them chill. The longer they are marinated, the deeper the flavor is.
4. Remove them from the fridge and let them settle to room temperature before serving
