Delicious, easy to make and healthy muesli bar is fit for hiking, pickning, road trips, snacking, lunch box treat, on the run breakfast or wherever else you end up.
Ingredients:
½ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup cane Sorghum
1 cup muesli
½ cup raisins, berries and nuts (according to your choice)
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup self-raising flour
½ cup powdered sugar or honey

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Melt butter with sorghum over low heat and stir until butter is properly melted.
Combine the dry ingredients i.e. muesli, seeds, nuts, flour, and sugar in a large bowl.
Add the hot butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix properly.
Line the tin with baking paper/ butter/ baking spray. Properly spoon the mixture into the tin, press properly so that the mixture is even and bake for 15- 20 minutes or till the mixture turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and keep it untouched for 10- 15 minutes or till it is completely cooled.
Cut it into slices using a sharp knife.
Serve it or pack them in airtight containers and serve whenever required.
Tips:
-Before spooning into the baking pans, wet your finger a bit with cold water and press from the top to get a nice smooth finish.
- You can add choco chips so that the muesli bar becomes kid friendly.
- You can understand that the mixture is cooled properly when it loosens in the edges and turnouts easily .
