1) Chew sugar free gum:
Keep your facial muscles well toned . Chewing a sugar free gum will give a nice toning workout to your muscles and you can get a toned jaw line.
2) ' Kiss the ceiling':
Don't get me wrong. It is just a simple exercise . Tilt your head back and look up towards the celling. Stretch your lower jaw a little forward and hold it for a count of ten. Relax and repeat the exercise.
3) ' Turn' exercise:
Keep your spine erect and gently turn your head . first clockwise , then anticlockwise. Do 5-7 repetitions , thrice daily.
4) Press your tongue:
Sit with your spine erect, tilt your head back and forcefully press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. You will feel the stretch . Keep your tongue in the same position and slowly lower your chin . Do this 20 times and repeat.

7) Head lifts:
Relax on your bed with face up. Let your neck be on the edge and your head hanged off the edge. Slowly lift your head by using front neck muscles and try touching your chest. Count 10 and slowly relax the neck. Repeat 3 sets , each of two repetitions. Sit and relax in between the sets to avoid dizziness.
