Ingredients:
- True Elements steel-cut oats- ⅓ cup
- Milk- ⅔ cup ( coconut milk , almond milk can be used)
- True Elements chia seeds- 1 tbsp True Elements Cane sorghum- 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder as desired
- Salt- as desired chopped nuts, berries, dried fruits and fresh fruits (optional, according to your taste)
Directions:
- Soak the steel cut oats with your desired type of milk in a container.
- Add chia seeds to it and close the container tightly.
- Place it in a refrigerator overnight or at least for 5 hours.
- Next morning, the oats would have absorbed the milk properly, thus, half of your cooking time is saved.
- Mix the mixture well and add salt and nutmeg powder, according to your taste.
- Drizzle it with cane sorghum and top it with toppings of your choice.
- If you love steaming cup of Oats, unlike the cold variety, you can heat up the meal next morning.
- Your bowl of delectable taste and happiness is ready to be devoured.
