And all we want this summer is some drink to beat that unkind heat. Summer once was said the best time to lose pounds. But alas! Drinking those fizzy drinks to keep you cool are doing nothing much than stopping you lose weight. They soothe the body for sure, but soothing is momentary, later they do nothing but harm your body!
Being irritated by the fact that these fuzzy drinks simply interfere with my workout session, I literally scavenged for healthy options to combat summer burn.
