Are you fooling your body by savoring that unhealthy snack! This April Fool Day, stop fooling your body. Splurge a bit on your health, walk an extra mile towards the healthy mind and alter your sedentary lifestyle.

Tips to stop fooling your body:

  • -Decode your food: Your food is a trap that your mind created just to lure you. Your diet is the main component of your healthy body. Pamper your body with some healthy food, which will even treat your taste buds. Check the ingredient list, watch for the hidden sugars and calories.
  • -Don’t skip breakfast: In our hustle bustle lifestyle, we become the slave of time. And this is where we fool ourselves often saying that we are not hungry enough. We tend to ignore our breakfast. Breakfast is the most vital meal of the day since it is a meal that breaks the night long fast and provides energy to your body. People who eat daily breakfast are healthier than those who skip it.
  • -Exercise: Our mind is an expert in giving excuses, that we always fall for and we skip our routine workouts. Exercising doesn’t mean paying heavy sums for the gym membership. It simply means to indulge your body in certain activities. Take a stroll, stretch a bit, do aerobics, swim or even dance .Do any activity that will gear up your body and enhance your strength and immunity.
  • -Keep yourself hydrated: Those sugary drinks are appetizing and allure us to quench thirst consuming them. But we just ridicule ourselves thinking so. Sip smarter and stay healthy. Don’t swill those syrupy sodas .Remember half of your body weight is constituted of water.
  • -Unwind every day: Stress is an ally of many body ailments whose target is to somehow encounter you and fool you. So remember to soothe your mind, by either indulging yourself in a certain hobby or simply spending gala time with your family and friends.​
  • -Get a good night sleep: If you think you are being smart by curbing your sleep for the scrambling demands of your daily hectic schedule, then you are simply bantering yourself. Sleep isn’t just a time when your body shuts down. It is the time when your brain oversees a variety of activities which helps keep your body running in the best condition. If you follow every above mentioned health advice and compromise your sleep, your all efforts are in vain. Remember a healthy and sound sleep is a key to healthy mind and body.
